What to expect
Kristen & Kerry Hope are trained women's circle facilitators and will hold the space for you to reflect, share, and be your authentic self in a safe a loving environment. The circle will include self-love and grounding practices for the season, drumming, meditation, cacoa ceramony, and movement. Our hope is you leave feeling connected, seen, heard, valued, and gain more tools for your tool box.
What to bring
A journal and pen
Water bottle
An offering for our altar such as crystals, flowers, oracle card, earth element, or photo of self. (optional)
