I recently did a Fall Equinox Equine Retreat with Kristen and Beckie as my guides through an incredibly healing and soulful weekend. I had recently gone through a trauma that I needed time to get away, turn inward, process and heal from. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect combination of these incredibly healing women, food, nature, ritual, resources, creative awakening to help me through my process. The accommodations were enchanting with a view into nature that was Divine and I felt as if I were in the womb of Mother Nature. These amazing women facilitated exactly what I needed which consisted of healing rituals, as well as space and time to rest and be solo while being fed amazing delicious organic meals, and then an amazing day with the horses working on connection and self-understanding. Both Beckie and Kristen knew exactly when to facilitate me into a healing space and when to let me go through my own process. This because they are such intuitive and wonderful souls that I felt both completely nurtured and empowered at the same time. I hope to come back and do a full week of rest and restoration!
