Begin Again

Each day, week, or month offers us a fresh perspective; a chance to begin again.
We can wake up and choose not to carry the weight of yesterday. We can choose to forgive, move forward, and let go. We can choose to live in alignment with our truth and values without the constant grip of worry.
Worry creates stress. It disconnects us from ourselves and others. It robs us of joy, peace, and the simple beauty of the present moment.
Some practices help me stay grounded and shed the weight of worry. Nature, above all, is my medicine. Whether I’m in the garden pulling weeds, planting seeds, or tending to growing things, walking in the woods, listening to the birds, lying in a hammock or on the grass watching clouds drift by… or simply leaning against a tree with my eyes closed, letting nature sing to me, these are the moments I return to presence.
I invite you to find what grounds you, what returns you to your presence, softens the edges of your day, and reminds you that you can begin again, any time you choose.
