Honoring Gratitude & Grace

May we honor gratitude and grace as we move through fall and into winter.  As we harvest the blessings of the past, may we bless the seeds of future outcomes. Gratitude begins the cycle of abundance, and in honoring gratitude within our hearts and outwardly with others, the Universe will know our true intentions and provide. As we work towards living a ceremonial life, may we pause, reflect, and give thanks as we let go of what is no longer serving us. Leaning into the seasons and allowing the shedding to occur as the leaves let go and the flowers dormant underground. Let's look at the shedding of what no longer serves us as a gift and not a burden, giving thanks to the lessons as we look towards a new day. As we move into the winter season, may we honor grace for ourselves. May we honor the slowing, hibernated state of being preparing us for rebirth. May we honor the seasons and the cycles within ourselves to just be. May we listen to our bodies and souls whisper as they call for gentleness. As we transition into this new season, may we find gratitude and grace for the beauty and the challenges. May we honor and love ourselves just as we are, without the conditioning judgment we are so attuned to. May we view every new season and new day with a fresh perspective and curious mind. As we continue to search for the light, we may find the path of least resistance towards our own transformation. Pausing along the way to breathe in gratitude for our bodies and breathing out grace for our souls. Thanking our ancestors for all they have given to us. Thanking ourselves. Thank you for being here.

Thank you, body. Thank you, soul.

Thank you, Gia. Thank you, Father Sky.

Thank you, Universe.

Aho

And So it is
